I guess I should feel guilty for having so many t-shirts. The brand bonfire man would not approve. But I like them. A good t-shirt design is affordable art. They remind me of good times, great concerts and the day I met my wife (green and brown striped polo shirt).
Still, it's good to have a clear out once in a while. Seems like a New Year kinda thing to do.
I once read an article that gave a simple instruction for getting rid of unnecessary clothes (and other stuff I guess) - if you haven't worn/used it in the last year, get rid. So I have. Not quite burning it on a bonfire (it's all going to the charity shop) but it's a start. Five pairs of trainers, lots of t-shirts, old jeans, sweatshirts.
It feels good to shed some layers. The charity shop will be happy. My wardrobe looks streamlined.
I'm down to my last 48 t-shirts.
