You may be expecting news of hamburgers, but I would like to tell you about something else.
Today I ate a pig's ear. It was a bit like scampi. Not as chewy as expected, served with a nice dipping sauce.
I won't be eating pig's ear again, but if you want to, go to the aptly named Pig's Ear in Chelsea, which is where I had mine. They do a nice pint of, yes, Pig's Ear.

I had this once, along with other assorted bits from a pigs head. I remember the cheek is supposed to bring good luck. It's a traditional Austrian New Year thing (either that or my ex's family had a wicked sense of humour). The pigs ear does get a bad press though wikipedia says that is due to it being slang for botching things while making a lead box. I dunno how your dipping sauce was, but the one I had was raw horseradish (like wasabi only stronger). Not sure I'd want to enjoy this delicacy ever again either but it was certainly a meal I remember more vividly than most! :J
